Need help with CMUCam video out

Can't get a steady picture out. None of my monitors can sync onto the signal. I connected the video out to a small personal video player with NTSC/PAL video input. The picture is scrambled like no horizontal sync. No help with video player in either mode, PAL or NTSC. I did not switch the camera into YCrCb mode, cause I don't know how. Can someone tell me how to get a good picture onto a monitor?

I got it to work a few years ago and I think it's just a matter of switching to YCrCb mode. I haven't looked at the camera code in a while, but it should be documented in the camera initialization code.
