FIRST Robotics group on LinkedIN

Dean's homework for 2009 was to gather contact information about your team members past and present.

Team 2493 decided to start a group on LinkedIN to attract professionals interested in FIRST as part of the homework. So far we have 575 members along with a lot of good discussions and news links about robotics.

The main group is FIRST Robotics, you can check it out by following this link:

There are also subgroups:

FIRSTWA: http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=2... 61064919201_1

Come on by, check it out, and join the group

Thanks for the heads up on this, Richard. I did not know that there were more FIRST groups in LinkedIn.

Here is another.

Same here. I bet there is some overlap between the two and maybe it makes sense for them to be merged.

Re: FIRST Robotics group on LinkedIN

I'm a member of both groups and there does seem to be some overlap. However, the FIRST Robotics one (http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=1...&trk=hb_side_g) seems to be more active with articles and discussions relating to current events in the robotics world.
