Windriver

Ok what things do I need to get so that I can start working with the windriver and start working on stuff?
All I know is that I need windriver and Eclipse but I dont know what I need specifically.

There is a very helpful guide here. It's published by WPI. Read through the first couple pages then skip to Page 83, where it specifically talks about WindRiver, setup, and how to connect it to the robot.
