TIMS appears to be down

I keep getting the following error when trying to get in to TIMS:

An error occurred while processing your request.
Error Information Error Message: I could not find "fbx_Globals.inc" (or one of its components) in the Fusebox application's root directory.
Error Code: -9965
Error: [DNS_Lookup] failed with DNS server 199.125.100.1. Check the DNS server configuration in the Lasso Settings section of Site Administration. (Write Error)Error Code: -10007

Are other team leaders finding this also to be true?

Thanks...

Try again. I got the same error you did, the first time I accessed it through Chrome, fired up IE and tried again and it worked then tried Chrome again and now it works to. Looks like a temporary glitch.

Re: TIMS appears to be down

TIMS was down since yesterday morning until earlier this morning.

It now appears to be respond. However, I am not able to login.

I fear a problem has occurred with their server (hopefully not impacting the username/password database)...

I have tried multiple times yesterday and today from different machines, different browsers still with no success. Bummer...

Looks like the TIMS username/password database is kaput...

I can't log in with my main or the alternate contact either. Great time for this. All my kids are busy following the directions to register :ahh:

This same database is used for VIMS and that one won't let me in either. On the bright side I feel better it is not just my login...

Thanks,

I am able to log in, but all new changes from earlier this year are no longer there. But when I look at our registered event, the team name is ok...weird.

Not able to log in through firefox, but I am through IE. But the team and and events and other info is missing in IE. Probably just something broken or down with the server.

Re: TIMS appears to be down

The TIMs and team databases are back online.

However, a lot of data is still missing for our team too, such as the events we signed up for.
Might require a database restore from backup.

P.S. Firefox & Safari both work for me.

I still cannot log in. Anyone else?

Re: TIMS appears to be down

I can login to TIMS, though a lot of our team data is missing or old. (No team name, no team partners, no shipping contact, no events, ...).

I tried the Student Team Member and Parent System. I cannot get past the team number prompt (980 or 0980 is an invalid team number).

I'm guessing a database restore is going to be needed. If that doesn't work, we'll have a lot of "catching up" to do...

When attempting to log into the student team member system -----Get this error...

Sorry. The information you have entered does not match the data in our records.
Please re-enter and submit again.

Hopefully they get this sorted out before Monday afternoon, I suspect a rush of people registering for the last minute to be able to go to a Kickoff

Re: TIMS appears to be down

Most likely, what happened is their user/team database got corrupted or something. Since it sounds like everybody's having trouble logging in, and team info is old, maybe they put up an old backup.
