How to program the DPR

We have looked over the current posts on how the formulas for the OPR and the DPR work and are still wondering exactly how to find the DPR.
Any help would be great.

I'm having trouble understanding your TLA's.
Could you give us some background and explain what you mean by DPR and OPR?
(the first results on Google were "Department of Parks and Recreation" and "Official Poker Rankings")
