I'm so upset our team isn't going this year. It was so much fun! Yes I ended up needing crutches after, but that's a slight minute detail compared to it's awesomeness.

Hi!
My team, 2265, is looking forward to coming to RoboProm this year. What a great idea! :D
However, we need to make proper reservations for buses NOW. :confused:
We will not be allowed to go to RoboProm this year unless we know the official details for RoboProm RIGHT NOW. (Like literally within the next hour.) :(

Is there an official location for RoboProm yet? :ahh:

Bacon will be in Atlanta and would like to attend again this year, due to how much fun our guys had last year.

We need some details so we can put our agenda together.

Roboprom is inside one hotel and by extension within walking distance of most others. I think the building remains TBD?

Hey guys. Sorry about all the inconveniences about the when and where roboprom is. We are working on finding a venue in our budget but still easy for everyone to get to, and it will most likely be on Thursday night but again we have not finalized anything, but we should know in the next week and i will let you all know as soon as it is decided.

As Lindsay has mentioned, we have been working hard on getting a place for the event. Unfortunately the Omni was booked up by the start of the build season and we have been looking to negotiate prices with other locations. However, we should hear something this week from the venues that we have contacted. I can tell you that we are making an attempt to keep RoboProm fairly close to the Georgia Dome (i.e. no more than a mile away).

It would be very helpful if information could be posted. Our team would like to attend, but mentors are wanting to confirm plans. Without specific information like where and when, it is hard for our team to plan. Please update us with whatever information you have as soon as possible. Thanks.

I definately think that there will be 1511 members there again this year! We had a wonderful time last year and look forward to another awesome party :)
