I want to allow anyone attending this years Robo Prom 2010 the ability to request your favorite song before the event starts. Remember that a request does not guarantee that it will be played. Make sure the songs you are requesting are dancable songs. Obscure songs will not be played. Songs with profanity will not be played. If I have the clean version I will play it. We will mix this year.

Hi Everyone!

Team 1073 would love to attend RoboProm 2010! Where can we get more information (we'd need the times, where it is, etc. and how to pre-order)? Also, if some people wanted to wear their actual prom attire from previous years, would that be out of the ordinary? What is the expected dress code, even though there really is none.

Actually, sorry for the redundancy! I totally spaced over the multiple pages of posts/replies so my questions are mostly answered! Just to confirm though, we simply shoot over an e-mail to you (Team 399) with an estimate on the number of people and then pay $15 per person in your pit area at Atlanta? (We're in Newton as well, so it should be easy!)???

Yes that is all you have to do. We will have representatives walking around letting everyone know about RoboProm too. Just make sure to purchase your tickets at our pit so that you get the tickets for $15, other wise it is $20 at the door.

The rest will be prepping for CA interviews and no drive team members allowed to stay out late.

Glenn,

I'm glad you'll be there! I am going to be filling up on coffee since we are taking a red eye on Wednesday night :P Our drive team will be sent home early from the event so as not to stay out late too :P

What time does it end? Just so our coach doesn't flip out if we come walking in at 12am:rolleyes:

I believe it ends at 11pm.

If you're in a downtown hotel you should have no issue being back by 11:30 or so.

You guys should definitely be careful walking back. Make sure you have some adults with you. It gets a little sketchy at night.

I saw that 2265 is going so, all we need is 694 and we can have a NYC Regional reunion! :)
