Default Code does not run

Everything works up to "v6 - Executing Java program by rebooting cRIO" at which point it stalls, and if the dashboard is opened, says that no code is loaded. We followed the setup instructions in the PDF exactly, but even after repeating, can't seem to get anything to work.
