Is unistalation Necessary?

Hello LabVIEW programmers!
I was wondering if you actually have to uninstall labview 8.5.1 before using 8.6.1? If you do, I would like to know how because my computer will not show an uninstall button for it! :)

Not sure if it is necessary to uninstall or not.

The uninstall item in Add/Remove programs isn't called Labview, you're looking for an entry called National Instruments Software.

It was not necessary for us to uninstall last year's version of Labview when we made the transition to this year's version.
