Changing Rule 9.3.4 Match Seeding Points
 

I am looking to start s discussion on ways of formally having FIRST change this rule. There are discussion about it I know. I Posted a summary of what the issues are along with a number of other Threads. However those are very cluttered for the issue i would like to discuss.

How should we go about formally asking FIRST to change this Rule? Do people think its a good idea to change it or just leave it?
