Inventor - Contact Sets with Compression Springs
 

I am using Inventor to model a trigger mechanism. The mechanism include a compression spring, but when I add the spring to a "contact set" the spring does not compress. Does anyone know a method of getting springs to compress when using "contact sets"?

I have included a wire frame screen grab of my Inventor model. You can see the spring located to the right of the drawing. The block on the left should slide over the blue lever and catch, but the spring isn't compressing to allow this action.
