Netbeans help please

For some reason netbeans is stuck at "Setting up for run" after it connects ftp to the cRIO. any ideas? We have reimaged the cRIO like 10 times with v19 and no luck.

You can double-check that the firewall is disabled on the development machine. If that doesn't help please post the Run output.
