Height of balls?

Was I dreaming, or did I see a rule somewhere that when a ball is kicked that it cannot go over 6ft in the air?

You're dreaming.

You may also have seen <G19>, which keeps you from intentionally kicking a ball out of bounds.

Or maybe <G39>, the pinning rule, which requires you to back off 6 feet after 5 seconds of pinning an opponent.

Nope, they just mentioned to be careful with kicking being that they really don't have any high walls up or anything, along with no intentional kicking out of bounds.
