Re: cRio problems
No E-stop button is necessary.
How do you have the Classmate connected to the cRIO? By Ethernet cable? Or are you using some other PC? |
Re: cRio problems
To connect the cRio to the Classmate, you have to use a crossover cable and there is a orange cable included in the kit of parts. Attach in port 1 of the cRIO and to the classmate. Power up the cRIO with a battery (I used a printer adapter at first). Then run Imaging tool and you should be able to pick up the signal if not refer to this:
http://usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/Com...ed-Rev-0.7.pdf Page: 33-34 And make sure you updated the classmate software and updated everything else including Labview and driver station. Even though this is not the solution to the problem it is required to update everything |
Re: cRio problems
It tells you to use an IP address something like 10.xx.yy.5 that didn't work for us so we ended up using 10.xx.yy.0

Re: cRio problems
Our cross-over is pink not orange, I don't know which color your is, but hopefully that helps!
