Alienware Dual Compatible Game Pad
 

We are having trouble getting the right joystick on the Alienware Dual Compatible Game Pad to respond for programing it. We can not get the joystick to do anything at all. We can not even figure out anything with it or get it to respond in lab view. We can get the two axis working however it puts one on the left joystick and the other on the left d-pad.
Does anyone have any experience, tips, advice, or encountered the same problem as this?
