Crio not communitcating with Classmate!

We made sure the ethernet cable connection is good, power is good, the only light on is the power light on the Crio. The status light turns yellow for the first 5-7 seconds before turning off. The Crio was working yesterday. Help us please!

did you attempt to use the imaging tool and reimage the cRio? and is your IP address set correctly on the DS?
