Chief Delphi - Downloading Default Code Fails

Hi all,

We switched to Java after our errors with C++. We re-imaged and reformatted the cRIO to the Java environment, with the v19 image and all updates on the usfirst.org site at this time. We tried downloading several different default programs, including EnhancedIO, SimpleRobot, IterativeRobot. While downloading, we get this log:

We tried this over WiFi per the standard config (laptop, classmate plugged into router, cRIO into bridge) and with the laptop directly connected to the cRIO. All firewalls and anti-viruses are off. IP settings are correctly setup. All Java updates were downloaded and updated off the updates.xml file.

Anyone have any ideas on the subject?
