Driver station can't find io module
 

The problem is that when I try to connect the io station to our control laptop, it cannot find the io station. We have downloaded the v2 code to the iostation, but the driver station cannot find the io station on either the driver station netbook or a different laptop. The service that is supposed to be running is running, and a green light is lit on the iostation, so we have power. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Run the DS Update again and when it pops up what to install remove the cypress components and then let it finish. Then run the DS Update again and have it install the cypress components. It should appear in the driver station after that.

Are you plugging into the USB hub? And if so, are other devices on the hub working?

We discovered a few days ago that the RED USb plug on the hub is only for power. If this is the only one connected, nothing will work even though stuff will light up.
