connecting to Crio using windriver

Hello, i am having trouble using our laptop to connect to the Crio since i am using winderriver to program the Crio , i have a program going, but i need to download it and whenever i try to download it , it says cannot connect using i.p 10.13.96.2...which is our team number...any help please...and the laptop is connected directly into Crio using ethernet cable also please help guys!!

What is the exact wording of the error message?

Is your laptop's IP address set to be compatible with your robot (e.g. 10.13.96.6)?
