2009 Festo Valves in 2010

Has anyone found the Cv value for the 2009 and older festo valve? Also does this valve not fit into the 1/8 NPT rule since it comes with the slip connect built in and is not threaded? The GDC has said they are COTS item, but the question asked of them didnt ask specific details.

okay I know the 09 Festo's are legal (#13026238), but what about 08's?
Festo P/N #13026684. That would help us out a lot. I'm pretty sure that was implied, but I want clarification :D

Yes you may use them. http://www.pneuaire.com/4waysova.html shows estimated Cv I would still try to get something from festo with the Cv if you do I'd love a copy :)
