Eacy C programing the TX RX

well im trying to connect my RF 27980 Transmitter to the TX pin
well i know how to connect.........
but i dont know how to program the TX pin
so that he Start's Transmitting thrue the RF 27980 transmitter
the programing suppost to be Thrue EASY C ^^
