(For those of you who don't know, I used to live in Londonderry, and have lived in Australia for less than a year.) Now, just to make sure the robot gets through customs with no trouble...

P.S. Smiles rock :) :) :) :) :)

Come see us in the pit - we'll introduce you to Wombot. :)

We may even bring some Tim Tams, Cadburys chocolate (the real kind, not the Hersheys-made stuff you guys get), and a mysterious black paste known as Vegemite, which we may be using as our secret weapon to grease the gearboxes. Oh, did I just give away our secret?

Anyway, will be great for us to see everyone there. I'm sure it will be quite an induction for us!

I had a fantastic conversation the other day with my friends about vegimite, magnemite, and automated toasters.

Its always really cool to have a team from far away at your hometown regional =D
Last year we had a team from south cali, and they only had enough money to send the robot, 1 mentor, and 3 students... they were a rookie team, and they did pretty good!

Does that mean we have to bring more vegemite? I'd rather bring more Tim Tams!
