Build a trident and practice placing the ball in the trident.
DO NOT THROW THE BALL.

I have a question, people are saying that when you put the balls back into play with the trident, that you have to pull the trident strait down and not curved. Does anyone know where in the rules it states that. I looked already and couldn't find it so maybe I missed something.

But I did find that the trident isn't the easiest thing to wield on your first time. After a few minutes of playing around I found that pulling the trident out in an arc that gives the ball a bit of a push seems like the most effective way to use it. It helps give the ball a little bit of help getting down the ball return.

i would strongly recommend walking the ball over to the human player with the trident... since there probably won't be alot of goals this year you can take your time to get the balls over. just remember to do it within 11 seconds. walking the ball over will avoid confusion and will assure your alliance will safely reenter the ball back into play
