Axis Camera Problem

We have a problem about camera.
We have already done everything about camera's IP adress and we have already uptaded the new Driver Station...
but we cannot see the camera image in the dashboard window (upper side of the driver station)...
What should we do???

Re: Axis Camera Problem

Run the Driverstation update twice more - the first time, uninstall the product, then reinstall it again.

The only thing you need to do with the camera is add a user with id FRC and password FRC. You shouldn't have had to do anything with the IP address. The cRIO looks for the camera at its default 192.168.0.90 address. If you have changed it to something else, set it back.

Re: Axis Camera Problem

Ok..I have installed several Axis cameras here at my office, and the first thing you should do is to reset the camera to factory (Factory Default)...read the manual and reset the camera.
Do the installation as per the manual, go to the router and set the ports, test the camera on-line with your local IP plus the port, for example: 192.168.1.120:8020
You should get the camera page and the picture on your screen.
If you don't see anything is because you need to go to your cameras menu, a set the port in there too: is usually set at port 80, you should change it to the new port, in this case 8020.
try again your camera's IP plus the port, you should get it now. If you're still having trouble let me know!
;)
