Joysticks and wheels?
 
hi
can we use any type of joystick/wheel we want or is there a specification about it?

any = every kind of joystick/wheel by any company, as long as it's connected by USB?

Any USB device is fair game. Some may need drivers; I'm not sure about those. (I'd figure they're probably legal, though.)

joysticks - this will basically apply to that and wheel as far as I know you can use any even pneumatic wheels.

I'm not sure I'd try using pneumatic wheels on the control panel, except to move it around...;)

Some teams use steering wheels on their control panels.
