Need a mentor to help with general issues

Hello, I'm the head programmer for team 1691, and with a week left before ship date i'm having some serious problems running a program.

I am having problems with downloading the program from my classmate to the cRIO wirelessly, and when i download the program tethered, and set to run as startup, when i go to the DS it says "No Robot Code". I've gone through several manuals and searched the site but no one that i have found seems to be having the same problem as myself.

If there is some kind soul out there that would be willing to spend a few hours on the phone with me sometime this next week and attemp to work through my problems, I would be forever grateful!

Also if anyone has any advice they might give as a reply on here, that would be great.

If interested in possibly attempting to help me email me at:

First advice: make sure you have updated both LabVIEW and your Driver Station to the proper revisions. http://www.usfirst.org/frccontrolsystem has links to the updates.

Second advice: if you're using the Classmate for software development, make sure to run the Driver Station application under the Developer account while you're actively programming. It's a lot faster than logging off and logging back in under the Driver account, and it's a lot safer than logging on as both Developer and Driver at the same time with fast user switching.

Third advice: you'll get better help if you have specific issues than if you have general ones.

1: I have updated both labview and the driver station and after both of those, I reimaged the cRIO as well.

2: I'll try opening the DS in the developer account but it really doesn't take too long to log off and log on the other.

3: The specific problem is that when i download the project to the cRIO and attempt to the run the code in the driver station, it says "No Robot Code" and i would like to know if there is something that i need to change in the program to maked the DS recognize it.

Thank you for your help i'll try to be more specific next time

I did get the wireless problem worked out though and ti will now download with no problems.

I'm not sure what "run the code in the driver station" means. What are you doing in order to download the project to the cRIO?

Strange issue.
Have you built the startup application before deploying it as startup?
I'm assuming you have, but I wanted to check.

Also, are you using update #2, or #2.1? I haven't tried #2.1 yet, so I don't know what issues there may be with it.
