I just received this reply from Autodesk. I really regret not checking my emails earlier today now. I wish it was PST instead of CST. stinking time zones :( I am still going to try to upload mine because its better than nothing. Good luck everyone i really hope this helps :D

We are aware of the issues some teams experienced and we are sorry your team has run into trouble. We are finding that the time it took to upload was very long and teams either did not realize it was still uploading and started clicking around terminating the upload, or there were internet/network issues or restrictions that caused them to see the page not found timeout page. We are working to accommodate teams to ensure they still have a way to submit.

If you would like to still submit for inclusion in the competition ....you may

1)Place the answers to the below questions onto a word document

Team:
Email:
Regional Event:
School Name:
Address:
City, State:
Postal Code:
Contact and School Phone:
Team Bio:
Is there audio?
Is the audio Original?
Name of the song?
Do you have a consent form to use the audio?
Name of your design:
Design Gallery description of the design/team:

2) Zip up your files and the answers to the questions on a word document in one zip file....please be sure to name the file with Your team name and number
3)Submit the Zip file at http://files.dcheetah.com attention FIRST Support.
4) Submit by 5 PM CST today February 18th ...

We will submit your entry for you.

We hate to see teams spend so much time on their work to be penalized due to network issues or upload problems :) Good luck !!!

Hello teams- If anyone is having any issues with uploading due to large file sizes, internet connectivity etc for the 2010 season (Design Category) and it is before 5pm PST on Thursday the 25th please email firstsupport@dcheetah.com and we can help with alternate upload information. We want to help!
