When they're referencing "Team Communication Methods and Results" in the CA Exec Summary, what are they asking about, exactly? Do they want to know how we communicate inside the team, or with people outside the team? Or what?

We focus on our organization in the program.
That in turn describes how mentors-donors-parents-teachers-student work together to meet common goals.

Think of collaboration as another word for communication.

We focus on external communications, how we communicate the excitement and value of FIRST to the world, the public, our partners, etc

We respond relative to both - how dowe communicate inside our team, and how do we communicate to the 'community'.
