Custom Dashboard

Sorry for asking again, but this is important!
Could someone please tell me how to send more information to the dashboard on the classmate for a custom dashboard. I know it involves using dashboard datatype.ctl, but pas that I am lost. Either labview and/or Java if you can. Thanks!

Check out chapter 6 of the "Robotics Programming Guide" linked from the "Getting Started" panel of Labview (aka. the FRC Programming Guide.) Also look at the NI website for a tutorial: http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-8862
