Holding balls
 
During the competition are we allowed to hold the soccer balls, because I have seen some teams holding the ball with a vacuum mechanism.

Yes you can ,as you say, 'hold' the ball within the limits of the rules. You can't 'carry it' (ball not in contact with carpet). Read the manual.

As long as the ball doesn't go any further than 3" into your FRAME PERIMETER and doesn't leave the ground while you're POSSESSING it, you're all good.

That is ball, singular. Be careful. Only one ball at a time.
