Can you see an "spaceship" on the middle of robot? Some idea about what could be?

That is a fine looking robot! I love the maneuverability of the mecanum wheels and the kicker is genius! Great job :)

The kick can reach the maximum distance to cross the field. It's adjustable by the motor rotation!

PS: you'll play at NJ this year?

would the "spaceship" happen to be a mirror that your camera looks at to detect balls?

Exactly!

It's a spheric mirror that will provide us a panoramic vision when we'll play in the FAR ZONE!
The algorithm doesn't detect the balls, but the live stream provided by camera, will help our drive to locate balls on the field!
