Parker plug vent valve in Kop ?

I can't find the Parker Hannifin plug valve (mentioned in <R72-B> and page 4 of the pneumatics manual) in the 2010 or 2009 KoP checklist. Is it not in the checklist, or are my eyes deceiving me?
