Alternate Light Help
Hi guys,
We're having trouble with the rules. We were wondering if we were allowed to add another light to the system that turns on when a limit switch is activated. If you could point us to the rule and explain it to us, we would be really grateful. Thanks! |
Re: Alternate Light Help
Where do you want to mount the light?
Also note that there are very few restrictions. The main one would be in <R02-A> and <R02-C>; if you're putting it on the operator panel, you'll probably be wanting to simply use the Classmate's dashboard. |
Re: Alternate Light Help
For the most part, you should have no problems putting such an indicator light onto the robot. Unless it draws just a few milliamps, you'll need a spike to control it though. You cannot use the pneumatic solenoid module, even though it would be perfect, because of <R65>
