It's almost time to bag and tag so please answer quickly!
We were wondering if it is possible to use custom circuits. This will include the digital input which will plug into the digital distribution board, and it will be drawing 12 volts from the power distribution board.

Section 8.3.8 of the manual says yes.

There are many rules specifically mentioning custom circuits. You really should know this already.
