2386 Trojans 2010
Well we finally have a few minutes to relax and enjoy the fruits of our maximum allowable stress limit, wait...fruits of our (torque*ratio)/radius...no that just doesn't sound right???
Oh the signs of another long build season of FIRST, it's been a good one. I'd like to congratulate all of the hard working students from 2386. Here is what we came up with, see y'all at BAE and waterloo! enjoy: ![]() Simple offset drive system to reduce bump effect: ![]() Pretty hard to flip this beast; self righting roll cage: ![]() We went simple on the kicker to save the weight for our 600lb capacity winch (and she'll still lift 3' in 12 seconds), if only we can find a couple partners to hang on for a ride :yikes: : ![]() |

Waterloo is going to be a really competitive regional this year. I think this adds to that significantly. Well done. Can't wait to see it in action.
