Why would the robots in FRC be no more important than the files used to take the edges off of them?

Im saying that the student should realize that the robots are a means to an end, a tool to inspire with. Dean is one of the most inspirational people in FIRST and to yell "Wrap it Up" at him shows a complete misunderstanding of the goals of FIRST. To me it screams that he wants to just see the robots, he doesn't realize they are a tool nothing more.
