Need Panelist for Robotics Conference
 

If you are going to be in Atlanta, and are a FIRST alumni who is now working as an engineer, we need you. We are arranging a panel discussion at the FIRST Robotics Conference - see title and abstract below. The panel will consist of 4-5 women of varying backgrounds. We are looking for a FIRST alumni who is working as a engineer who would like to be a panelist. Preferably someone with at least a few years experience in industry.

The conference is scheduled for Thursday at 5:00. For more details or if you would like to volunteer, send me a PM.

Title: Today’s Girls in Tomorrow’s Workplace – A Panel Discussion on Careers in Technology

Abstract:
Girls – Are you thinking about a career in science, technology, or engineering? Are you interested in how this can be a stepping stone to related careers? Come to a panel discussion with women who are working in various industries and education. They will describe their career path, and reflect on the challenges and opportunities along the way. The discussion will be followed by the opportunity for you to ask questions of the women on the panel.
