Repair of Power Distribution Board

Has anyone repaired power distribution boards? We have one that has a bad 24 volt output and needs one IC to fix. Are parts available?

Most of the parts are available on DigiKey.

Note that repairing your PD likely invalidates it for use in official FRC competition. Check the 2011 game manual for details.
