Pretty certain thats FTC 25 Rock 'N Roll. They are the 2010 Inspiration Award Winners.

Yup, that's the Techno Chix, not us. (We were still wearing our team shirts and jackets during the wrap party). They're the other Girl Scout FTC team, so it's pretty easy to get confused.
