Where can I get the full 2003 stack attack manual?

I have one that is only 17 pages, and I was wondering if I was missing anything.

The Game portion of the manual is 17 pages in length, but there's also a separate Robot section and an Awards section. You can find these archived here: http://www.team228.org/media/documents/2003
