Autodesk Inventor
 

I've got some issues getting a student account with Inventor, my school doesn't have a school email, and when I try to register using my mentor's email, it says "Registration Complete!" and right under it contradicts itself and says my registration could not be processed. Also, my mentor can't just download a few copies of Inventor because you can only have 2 per person, or one, their site makes no sense. I can't even find how to register our team. I swear I've clicked on the "FIRST" link and gotten three different websites.

The site sends a registration e-mail to the address that you signed up with that contains a link that you need to click to activate your account. If you signed up with your mentor's e-mail account then you need to have him go to that e-mail and activate the account. Does your mentor know that you are doing this?

Edit: It may also be that he already used that e-mail to make an account.

Yes, she knows. I'm not sure she activated my account though.

That would probably be your problem. Go talk to her and tell her that she needs to activate the account and you should be all set.
