It's an anagram for "Wow Twitter Sandbags Ridges"
It's some pretty biting social commentary on Twitter's failed campaign to protect delicate coastal areas from the BP Oil Spill by filling sand bags with narcissistic egos. The project was doomed when they realized narcissistic egos are ninety nine percent hot air. |
