Redfrating Alamo, SD, WPI, and Pittsburgh look like absolute no brainers. I'd be happy to do 1 per night if others think a redraft is fair.

Not sure about WPI but I would include Sacramento.

Alex, when you get the dilemma I have (i.e., 3 really good teams for one good team), I think it's time for a redraft.

Fair argument.

Meant to include Sacramento.

I just listed every event with >= 3 obviously good teams.

I'm fine with any number of redrafts as long as we adjust the waiver priority list accordingly.

I will note that we shouldn't necessarily feel compelled to redraft any events. In previous years the same adds and drops occured and the teams were awarded to whoever noticed them soonest, so we're "more fair" than that regardless of what we do.

Waivers assuming redraft goes through:

BAE 2 - 1519 for 3566
2

Boilermaker - 45 over 292
1

Oklahoma - 935 for 1561
3

FLR T1
Want 229
Drop 1640
7

San Diego
Want 254
Drop 1572
1

Alamo T2
Want 16
Drop 1642
2

Alamo T2
Want 245
Drop 1642
3

If Alamo and SD are redrafted, obviously these are bunk. lol
Let us know soon though, because I'm leaving on Saturday for a week and want to have all my lists in order..

Re: [FF]: Season Long Waiver Discussion

After going through everything, these are the events that I am eyeing at least three waiver teams.

BAE
Alamo
San Diego
Pittsburgh
Sacramento
Lone Star

I also understand the want for WPI.

Re: [FF]: Season Long Waiver Discussion

BAE is a player drop event so only one tier has the big disparity I think... For simplicity sake I left it out of the proposal in the main thread.

The other events have many many teams in them. WPI's three teams are 40, 190, and 195 among others

Re: [FF]: Season Long Waiver Discussion

Excluding my requests, these are the events with the most requests after about a day.

Lone Star (4)
San Diego (3)
WPI 2 (3)
Oklahoma, Alamo 1, Alamo 2, Boilermaker 1 and Pittsburgh 2 each have 2.

Re: [FF]: Season Long Waiver Discussion

For redraft, let's plan on the top 3 for now (24th, 26th, and some other day, possibly 31st or 1st) and do the rest if they get up there.

Re: [FF]: Season Long Waiver Discussion

If you want me to go ahead and request 48, 1038, and 3138 for Pittsburgh I can go do that to push that count up, but considering all of these teams were Finalists or better last year and one of them made it to Einstein i wouldn't say it's unreasonable to include that.

Only reason I didn't request was because I thought we were redrafting...

Re: [FF]: Season Long Waiver Discussion

Heads up that Alamo, SD, Sacramento, and Dallas are not being redrafted.
