I see alot more teams have signed up for regionals since the drafts have begun.
I suggest that remaining league members go check out what new teams have signed up (alot of rookie) to see if you want to add them to your alliance.

Technically they are not up for waiver until they have been announced here or in all the tiers for the events.

I'll go through tomorrow and get the list of new teams in each event.
