Wow. Just got home, had an amazing time. First time our team placed in the top 8 anywhere! Amazing job to MOE and LuNaTeCs.
Also, thank you to our alliance! (who gave us the cookies...? they were delicious haha). hope to play with you guys again. As we speak I'm uploading some match videos to our youtube. You can watch them here in the Duel on the Delaware playlist. Oh, and we'd also like to thank 1218 for the MOST AMAZING double climb ever. EVER. (qualification 7, check it out when its up) P.S. Great event as always! Awesome job MOE, Lunatecs and the rest of the volunteer crew. Thanks to 007 for picking us and 433 for making up the alliance, sorry we couldn't make it work out.
And let me be the first to say congratulations to John Larock on winning DMV! I'm surprised you don't get that every year. Great job and thanks for all you do. |

Yes 1218 had a fantastic hanging set up -- they hung more than any other team in the event.
As I also discovered, their robot also kicks very hard :P |

Thanks! We had a great time and were glad we made it. This was our first off-season in the fall, and we hope to do it again next year. The event ran smoothly (if a bit longer than expected!!). Great partnering with you, as always. See you in the spring.

Duel on the Delaware - THANKS!
It was a terrific, fall day for the 9th Annual Duel on the Delaware yesterday. One of the most challenging post-event activities is to thank everyone who contributed, but I will give it a try...
FIRST Teams Thanks to all participating FRC and FTC teams! We had a total of 28 FRC teams and 18+ FTC teams. Thank you to all the students, parents, and adults from teams 316, 365, and beyond who volunteered their time and efforts. We always use Duel as an introductory FIRST event for our new members and all the Firebirds (especially the rookies) had a great time yesterday I hope I will be able to come to Duel next year as mentor on 433 :D Thanks ~Hannah |

If anyone has any photos from the Duel, please post some of them in CD-Media. I have a few I will get posted in a few days. I especially would like to see shots of our emcee/announcer in Phillies jerseys and our announcer in Kevlar battle gear.
