JVN's Design Challenge

Want to win a VEX Classroom Lab Kit? -- JVN, Director of Product Development for VEX Robotics, has a challenge for you!

John is looking for a VEX Marvel – a "cool" robot such that inexperienced bystanders would enjoy interacting with it or be impressed by it's awesomeness.

Entries are due by December 1st and winners will get a VEX Classroom Lab kit with Cortex.

Check out full details on John’s blog.

I'm glad to see Awesomeness is now an accepted technical term.

Well it's a good thing I have to build one of those for a demo anyway!

I think it would be way cooler if a student won it though... I should talk Shaker into this :P

There are people other then students that can think of cool things!

Maybe a student contest and adult/anyone contest?

Why not just try to build something cool and if you want donate the classroom kit to a kid if you win. Age should not be a speed bump to creativity.

Reminds me of the Grant Imahara challenge!

I might try to see what I can come up with.

That's a good point! I'll give my parts to Shaker if I win.

I conveniently am already building a Vex design for an IED class I'm talking. I can submit that and do double duty. :)
