A Problem With Defaults??

I'm feeling pretty stupid....I was editing an object, i clicked off it for a second, click back on it, now i cant get the "Parameters" rollout to come back up when i click on it!

I recently had to restore my HD, so i lost all my preferences, but it wasnt an issue prior to restore

I'm trying to get it this to come up again

Screenshot is what comes up when creating a new "Plane"

If I'm understanding correctly, you want to change the parameters of the plane? Have you clicked on the modify button (the rainbow button) when you have the plane selected? You should then get parameters to adjust.

I hope this helps.

You're welcome :)
There is no reason to feel like a idiot.... it seems like you should be able to right click on an object, see the object properties and change it from there, but that's not the way max works.
Good luck with the animation !
