Wireless not working

We have a WP-600N and WP-610N (the "WP" could be wrong but the numbers arent. This is the veteren router and adopter)

We have been following the steps in the 2010 Manual but it would not work. Can someone write down the specific steps or give us a link online as to how to do it.

Re: Wireless not working

The steps in the FRC manual, if followed correctly, should work. Can you be more explicit as to what is not working, and what lights you are seeing on your driverstation? That will help.

Router is WRT610N

Radio/Bridge/Game Adapter is WGA600N

Re: Wireless not working

What should the ips of the Router, Adopter and the C-Rio be? Because right now it shows a conflict but i checked and i do have have any ips matching each other.

Does the settings have to be 5ghz or 2ghz.. Right now it is set to 5ghz and is not working. Maybe try to do it with 2ghz? :S

Re: Wireless not working

Try opening a browser on your Classmate and entering 10.xx.yy.4 in the address box and see if you get the router's login screen.

Try entering 10.xx.yy.1 and see if you get the Game Adapter's login screen.

When I go on the browser and go to 10.15.14.4 it does open the lynxys screen. But the 10.15.14.1 does not open. There is some problem with that..

Just making sure:
10.15.14.4 is suppose to be Game Adapter, isnt it?
and 10.15.14.1 is suppose to be Router/ Modem?

Or i got it wrong?

Re: Wireless not working

It is the opposite, whcirobotics,
10.*.*.1 is the gaming adapter
10.*.*.4 is the router

Do the security keys match in the router and game adapter? If the game adapter has not been used since your last competition it has the event security key programmed into it. Easiest approach is to do a factory reset of both router and game adapter, and then follow the manual.

If 10.15.14.1 does not work, try 192.168.1.250 and see if that works.

If it does, log in and change the IP to 10.15.14.1 Check the other settings too to make sure they're correct: follow the instructions in paragraph 2.10.1 of this document:

Gotta love technology's amazing self-fix powers.
