Andy Mark Tough Box
 

We have gotten a new Tough Box and it came with a hex shaft. It is impossible to put the bearing on it. We have studied the video and searched the internet, but couldn't find a solution. Can anybody help?

Check what you ordered. They sell both keyed and hex versions.
