I think I've managed to log in. At least when I go to my account I get an additional menu choice that comes up but there is nothing listed under it but the instructions.

I just logged into my AM acct. clicked on the 2011 FIRST Choice link and got the instruction .pdf, and that's it. No new links to products, yet. :confused:

the email address is the main team contact's email address the pw is the one listed in tims

My email address is also invalid and it's the one TIMS uses.

I think they're just not ready for us all yet.

I was using the TIMS password and not the password IN TIMS. That might be your issue too.
